About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Roving Personal Banker to join our team. As a Roving Personal Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support across various branch locations within a specific geography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive support to customers across multiple branches, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of customer requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with bank products and services, making informed recommendations to customers.
  • Work closely with managers to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a flexible schedule to accommodate changing branch needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers.
