About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Informatica Corp. as a key member of our creative leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and directing brand voice and visual brand strategies that enhance Informatica's presence in the market. This will involve leading and inspiring a team of visual designers to develop materials from concept to completion in an array of media, including digital and social advertising, video marketing, events, executive presentations, and web.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand building, brand consistency, and digital demand marketing objectives. They will be an expert-level talent in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry software skills. Additionally, they will have exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively express their ideas and their work at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Direct Brand Voice and Visual Brand Strategies: Enhance Informatica's presence in the market through the development and direction of brand voice and visual brand strategies.
  • Lead and Inspire a Team of Visual Designers: Lead and inspire a team of visual designers to develop materials from concept to completion in an array of media.
  • Provide Inspirational Creative Leadership: Provide inspirational creative leadership, partnering with various cross-functional teams to develop an effective intake process, connecting insights with ideas that resonate with the hearts and minds of our audiences.
  • Foster a Collaborative Environment: Foster an environment where bold thinking, honest feedback, and collaborative co-creation are the norms.
  • Refresh the Creative Approach: Refresh the creative approach of digital demand programs to improve speed-to-lead, accelerate customer engagement, and asset consumption.
  • Operationalize and Scale Creative Requests: Operationalize and scale incoming creative requests into a multi-media creative hub with internal and external designers, vendors, and agencies to support production workflow for global and regional needs.
  • Ensure Global Consistency and Governance: Ensure global consistency and governance for creative assets; train internal and external teams on brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • 15+ Years of Experience: 15+ years of experience at a digital agency or in-house equivalent, at least 7 of which at a leadership level; design background with B2B and technology brands.
  • Deep Understanding of Brand Building: Deep understanding of brand building, brand consistency, and digital demand marketing objectives.
  • Expert-Level Talent: Expert-level talent in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry software skills.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively express your ideas and your work at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the implications of great creative and storytelling on the overall success of a brand.
  • Leadership Skills: Committed to the success of the team, desiring to mentor and shape the careers of creative teams.
