Clinical Supervisor

Pathways To Housing DC Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to adults living with serious mental illness, and promoting a culture of self-determination and dignity of choice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to a transdisciplinary ACT team, ensuring adherence to agency values and accreditation standards.
- Review and approve staff schedules, reimbursement requests, and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training, ensuring team members' skill development and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely documentation and quality assurance of clinical records, including individual recovery plans and clinical notes.
- Conduct initial intake and annual assessments, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Work closely with the Quality Improvement Team to ensure fidelity practices are followed.
- Represent Pathways at meetings, conferences, and community events.
- May provide individual therapy to ACT consumers (2-3 hours per week).
- Complete monthly outcome reports on billing, quality assurance, and timely documentation.
- Licensed in the District of Columbia as either a LICSW or LPC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or counseling of people with psychiatric disabilities, histories of substance abuse, and/or trauma.
- 2 years of demonstrated experience supervising staff performing case management services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and substance abuse clinical skills.
- Patience, creativity, flexibility, compassion, and passion for working with persons with complex needs.
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and computer skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Driver's License required.
- COVID-19 vaccination required, as per DC Department of Health regulations.
