OverviewAssisting Hands of Boston Northwest is a reputable home care agency committed to providing high-quality care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000 - $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer various benefits, including:

- Health and Dental Benefits: Full-time employees (30 hours or more per week) are eligible for comprehensive health and dental coverage.

- Flexible Scheduling: Work a variety of shifts to accommodate your personal life, including part-time, full-time, weekdays, weekends, days, evenings, short and long shifts.
- Caregiver Referral Bonus: Refer friends and family members to our agency and earn a bonus for each successful referral.
As a caregiver, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Companionship and Engagement: Provide emotional support and engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals for clients, considering their dietary needs and preferences.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Shopping and Errands: Accompany clients on shopping trips and run errands as needed.
- Medication Reminders: Assist clients with taking medication at the right time.
- Wellness Observation: Monitor clients' overall health and report any changes or concerns to our management team.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Experience as a Certified Home Health Aide/Certified Nurse Aide, Personal Care Attendant, or home care worker.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
- Punctuality and Dependability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and dependability in meeting client needs.
- Smartphone Proficiency: Be able to utilize a smartphone-based app for scheduling and documentation purposes.
