About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic SLP to take on a challenging caseload in our preschool and elementary schools. If you're passionate about creating inclusive learning environments and empowering students with diverse needs, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A state-certified Speech Language Pathologist with experience working with students from various backgrounds.
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to develop personalized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive IEPs that cater to the unique requirements of each student.
  2. Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure seamless communication and consistent progress monitoring.
  3. Monitor student progress regularly, adapting teaching strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
