About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our Pleasanton team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on legal disputes related to personal injury and civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements for legal disputes.">

• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.">

• Advise clients on legal disputes, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• JD degree and membership in the California Bar.

• Previous experience as a licensed attorney with a proven track record of success.

• Familiarity with various legal documents and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and participate in Depositions, Court Appearances, Motion Practice, and Trial Work.
