Autism Therapist

About the Role: As an Autism Therapist at Acorn Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, incorporating behavioral data and client feedback
2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families
3. Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients, using evidence-based methods to enhance skills and reduce problem behaviors
4. Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring alignment with BACB standards
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, parents, and caregivers, communicating effectively about treatment goals and progress
6. Contribute to ongoing staff training and professional development initiatives, staying up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
