Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Advisor to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As an Optical Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality optometric care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and provide a warm welcome
  • Explain all required paperwork, tests, products, and services in a clear and concise manner
  • Review prescriptions and patient information carefully to identify special needs
  • Show patience and courtesy to indecisive or difficult customers and patients
  • Perform work accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends
  • Strong communicator and listener
  • Problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical
  • Strong interpersonal skills
