About the Job

We are seeking a qualified Autism Support Specialist to join our team. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will provide in-home one-to-one behavior therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders in their homes. Your primary goal will be to help these children function more effectively in their everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive behavior services for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders.
  • Collect data on targeted behaviors and meet with supervisors to analyze information and plan next goals.
  • Implement individualized behavior support plans and developmental curriculum designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or higher.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Good driving record.
  • Lift 40 pounds if necessary.
  • Run after a child if elopement occurs.
  • Be able to get up and down frequently for active play.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible schedule, professional development assistance, referral program, and tuition reimbursement.
