We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas, including apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices.

The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and be able to communicate effectively with our residents and staff. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions is essential.

• Perform cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures and facilities.
• Collect trash and refuse from work areas and place in designated pick-up areas.
• Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and redistributing community laundry.
• Maintain equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.

The estimated salary for this position is $ $$25,000 - $30,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
