We are seeking a seasoned Hookah Server to join our team at Maze Lounge, a premier nightlife destination in Miami. As a Hookah Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing hookah sessions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Manage hookah sessions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously

• 2+ years of experience as a Hookah Server in upscale nightclubs or lounges
• Additional experience in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels, and/or events
• Record of success generating sales through upselling and other techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably, working knowledge of a second language
• Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours
• Ability to twist, tow, reach, bend, climb, and carry up to 25 pounds
