Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as a full-time Night Shift RN. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being throughout their stay with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care by following physician orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
  • Administer medications orally, subcutaneously, intramuscularly, or intravenously as prescribed by the doctor and according to facility protocols.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians during rounds, physical examinations, and treatments, maintaining infection control measures as necessary.
  • Perform scheduled treatments and document patient information accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to regulations regarding cleanliness, infection control, and Standard/Universal Precautions.

Requirements:
  • A registered nurse degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • A current, valid North Carolina Board of Nursing license.
  • CPR certification valid for one year.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with geriatric nursing principles and practices.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
