Job Title: Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team at Freeman Mathis and Gary, LLP. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in the preparation and trial of civil cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation of civil cases, including reviewing medical records and preparing detailed medical chronologies.
  • Manage and track responses to discovery requests, and prepare deposition summaries.
  • Prepare subpoenas and non-party requests in both State and Federal Courts.
  • Organize and prioritize numerous tasks, and complete them under time constraints with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm.
  • Civil litigation experience required.
  • Experience with medical cases and medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with performing research tasks using web-based legal research services.
