Mass General Brigham is seeking a per diem/PRN Physical Therapist Level I for a per diem/PRN job in Dover, New Hampshire.
About the OpportunityThis per diem opportunity allows you to work with a variety of patient populations and be a valuable part of the acute care team. You will have the chance to grow your acute PT skills working alongside an experienced multi-disciplinary team, scheduled multi-disciplinary patient rounds with inpatient providers fostering a patient-centered culture in the department.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will work on an as-needed basis, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care when they need it most.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and overall well-being.
- Conduct therapy sessions with patients, using evidence-based practices to promote healing and recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, educating them on the importance of physical therapy and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- NH Physical Therapist License.
- AHA or ARC BLS within 2 weeks of hire.
- Over one month Staff Physical Therapist experience preferred/desired.
The estimated salary range for this position is $45-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
