Clinical Care Specialist

As a Clinical Care Specialist at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. This position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work in a float pool setting, supporting various clinical units across the hospital.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in implementing delegated activities of the nursing plan under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses.
- Demonstrate understanding of basic nursing skills and those unique to assigned clinical units.
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
The estimated salary for this position is between $25.00 and $35.00 per hour, based on location and experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
