Pellissippi State Community College, a public institution of higher education under the Tennessee Board of Regents, seeks highly qualified adjunct instructors to teach chemistry courses. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

• Teach chemistry courses to students in a dynamic and engaging classroom environment.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to support their academic success.
• Develop and implement course materials, assessments, and activities that promote student learning and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and consistency across courses.

• Master's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college/university with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the Chemistry teaching field.
• Proven teaching experience, preferably in a community college setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The college also provides opportunities for professional development and growth, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.
