Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Consultant with AT&T, you'll play a critical role in helping customers navigate our full suite of products and services. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and earning commissions, this role requires a unique blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and interpersonal skills.

Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and technologies, utilizing this knowledge to inform customer interactions and sales strategies.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and leadership abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.63-21.35, plus uncapped commission opportunities that can earn top sellers up to $62,460 per year.
