The role of Shift Supervisor at QSAC, Inc. offers a challenging and rewarding work environment for individuals passionate about supporting children and adults with autism.

Job Summary

This position entails overseeing the daily operations of our programs, ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that fosters growth and independence for our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, implementing treatment plans, and providing hands-on support to individuals with Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure program goals are achieved through effective supervision of Direct Support Professionals.
  • Implement and adhere to established treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Provide direct supervision and support to individuals with Autism, including the implementation of behavior goals and plans.
  • Maintain client personal allowance accounts, schedule staff, coordinate shopping and meal distribution, and ensure timely medical appointments.
  • Transport residents in agency vehicles as needed and report any vehicle issues to supervisors.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D., with AMAP, First Aid, CPR, and SCIP-R certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • 1-2 years of experience in OPWDD, with a proven track record of working with Intellectual Developmental Disabled populations.
  • A valid Driver's License, with the ability to safely assist lifting individuals and items up to 20 pounds.
  • Punctuality, regular attendance, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
