Job Summary:

Securitas Electronic Security Inc is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Installation to join our team. As a Project Manager Installation, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the initial architecting of overall processes and requirements. You will develop appropriate planning documents, including project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, and schedules. Your goal will be to ensure that requirements are met, scope is defined, effort is estimated, schedules are created, staffing requirements are determined, and available resources are allocated to various phases of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, and schedules.
  • Ensure that requirements are met, scope is defined, effort is estimated, schedules are created, staffing requirements are determined, and available resources are allocated to various phases of the projects.
  • Oversee and support initial architecting of overall processes and requirements.
  • Manage monitoring and controlling aspects of a project, including issue/risk identification and resolution, reporting on internal/external communication, financial management, metrics, and more.
  • Proven communication (verbal, written, presentation) and negotiation skills to successfully manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and all stakeholders.
  • Execute project closeout activities, including turnover to the service department.
  • Collaborate with other groups and departments directly to ensure a successful project.
  • Create, manage, and maintain subcontractor contracts.
  • Set and manage expectations with team members regarding performance expectations.
  • Ensure effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control mechanisms are in place and adhered.
  • Generate new techniques, ideas, and solutions that can improve delivery quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Design workflow and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs through effective communication.
  • Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Lead the definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverables.
  • Effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using principles, methods, and standard techniques that are appropriate to the specific project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience (required)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Construction Management
  • PMI certification, or similar accredited certification, a plus
