Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify written and faxed prescriptions, inputting them into our system as needed
  • Maintain proper storage and inventory of all medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Receive and log incoming inventory, verifying accuracy and putting it away as needed
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records, including patient profiles, inventory logs, and more
  • Accept payment for prescriptions and small transactions, providing excellent customer service
  • Answer phones and handle customer inquiries, referring to the pharmacy as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with pharmacy and medical terminology a plus
