Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of three retail dining locations on campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as local health codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
