Restaurant Cashier

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Cashier to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Greets customers with a smile and receives orders and payments
• Prepares and packages food and drink products
• Upsells and cross-sells products when appropriate
• Processes returns and refunds, and resolves customer complaints
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and coworkers
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
• Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
• Consistently stand during serving customers or at the register
