Overview

Wurth Industry North America, a leading provider of industrial products and services, seeks an experienced sales professional to join its team. As a Solutions Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Northeast region.

Estimated Salary Range:

$70,000-$85,000/yr. base + commission.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, growing sales volume, and promoting Wurth Safety Solutions within targeted accounts in your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting all Solutions Services, SRX, Boot & Shoe, and Instrumentation/Service/Rental.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop strategic business plans to achieve national sales goals.
  • Executing sales performance and customer relations while consistently meeting established sales targets.

You will work closely with the Director of Business Development to communicate personal growth, sales results, and plans of action. Additionally, you will utilize corporate tools and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives within your territory.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Demonstrated sales results with 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Highly proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Customer service experience or industry client relations is strongly preferred.
