Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications, as well as effective management of inventory and supplies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to promote pharmacy services and improve patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the pharmacy remains compliant and competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
