LPN Caregiver

We are looking for a compassionate LPN Caregiver to join our team at EveryAge. As an LPN Caregiver, you will provide direct patient care to seniors in our senior living community, including administering medications and treatments, conducting patient assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to seniors in our senior living community
  • Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
