Polly Pies, a renowned bakery, is seeking an experienced Pastry Professional to join our team in a seasonal role. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about baking and want to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. As a Pastry Professional at Polly Pies, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread items, pastries, and cakes. Your duties will include:

• Preparing products using established methods, portions, and recipes
• Preparing breakfast items, such as quiche, cinnamon rolls, and muffins
• Preparing and baking bread items, including loaves, buns, rolls, and cookies
• Preparing seasonal fresh fruit for pies and toppings daily
• Properly labeling, organizing, and rotating bake ingredients in freezers and storage areas
