Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Customer Service Representative Lead to join our team at the University Co-op. As a key member of our Web Fulfillment department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers, demonstrating the Co-op's core customer service standards.
  • Act with integrity and trust, promoting the Co-op's core values and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the Web Fulfillment department, carrying out all responsibilities and processes related to your area.
  • Work closely with other Web Leads to educate and develop the next team of employees for advanced roles in the Co-op.
  • Develop and train employees in web tasks, listen to feedback, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Act as a Web CSR Supervisor on Duty when needed, overseeing daily opening duties, timely order processing and shipping, and supervising and training employees.
Requirements

Qualified candidates for the Web Customer Service Representative Lead position will have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, previous Web Order and/or Supervisor experience, and basic clerical and phone experience. Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
