Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a key member of our childcare center, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our children, including diapering, dressing, and feeding
  • Model and encourage good social skills, such as communication and conflict-resolution
  • Ensure the physical and emotional safety of our children at all times
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; ECE coursework preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Extended experience in a childcare setting with a history of classroom leadership roles
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the developmental needs of children
