Job Summary

As a Compensation Program Analyst at Northwell Health, you will play a critical role in analyzing, verifying, tracking, and reporting on compensation programs, including job evaluation and analysis for assigned functional areas. This position requires a strong understanding of compensation best practices and market data to ensure the health system's job design is commensurate with market and internally equitable.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and verify compensation programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Track and report on compensation data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and modify job descriptions in accordance with requirements.
- Evaluate jobs by reviewing job descriptions, analyzing best practice and benchmark data, and determining appropriate salary grades and attributes.
- Model compensation alternatives and costs out changes, making recommendations and coordinating with HRIT to create report templates that meet Compensation reporting needs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
