Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior QE Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA/QE architect team, you will work closely with internal clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developers to create effective functional automated QA solutions. This role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining our Quality Engineering (QE) program, providing work on a newly formed QA and QE teams performing automated testing and quality tasks during all phases of a given development process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the QA/QE architect team to develop and enhance the Quality Engineering program.
  • Design and implement effective functional automated QA solutions, working closely with internal clients, SMEs, and developers.
  • Maintain and improve existing automated testing and quality processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal clients, SMEs, and developers to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on QA and QE automation.
  • Strong understanding of automated testing principles, including transactions such as electronic interfaces and data transactions between systems and complex administrative operations.
  • Experience with multiple QA automation platforms and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, ADO, Cucumber, LoadRunner NeoLoad, JMeter, and Informatica.

Salary Range

This role offers a salary range of $100,000 ~ $130,000 based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.

Work Location

This position requires frequent travel to our Madison, WI headquarters, with preference given to candidates residing in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, and Minnesota. Remote work options are also available in approved states, with specific requirements detailed below.
