We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to seamlessly integrate with our Chief Product Officer and the rest of the product team.

The role presents the opportunity to see the inner workings of a fast-growing, successful company at the highest level and provide key support to ensure the continuation of this growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support on complex or confidential matters, including arranging travel plans, setting agendas, and organizing meetings.
  • Help prepare and set up for important in-office gatherings, such as meetings with board members, partners, and investors.
  • Maintain and own the CPO's calendar, serving as gatekeeper for incoming meetings and speaking engagement requests.
  • Assist the CPO in prioritizing daily tasks and calling attention to issues that need to be addressed.
  • Support executive team projects and manage the progress of resulting action items and to-dos.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar function in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail in composing and proofing written materials.
  • Ability to remain organized, proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure, and react with flexibility to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • High degree of professionalism in working with executives both internally and externally.
  • Experience managing multiple projects across different tech platforms, time zones, and teams.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $124,000 - $170,000 annually + equity + benefits.
