El cliente busca un especialista en compensaciones que brinde apoyo al cliente durante su viaje con CAR-T. El especialista trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de soporte del cliente para garantizar una experiencia excelente para los pacientes y cuidadores.
Sobre la posición
El especialista en compensaciones proporcionará apoyo diario en la reconciliación de gastos de reembolso, incluyendo la revisión de facturas, la gestión de un hoja de cálculo de reconciliación de gastos para cada paciente/cuidador, el seguimiento y análisis de límites de gastos, el procesamiento de gastos en Concur y la comunicación de problemas con el equipo de soporte del paciente.
Responsabilidades clave
- Configurar y administrar perfiles de pacientes y cuidadores en el sistema de procesamiento de gastos.
- Revisar gastos e identificar aquellos sin factura para el equipo de soporte del paciente.
- Trabajar en colaboración con el miembro correspondiente del equipo de soporte del paciente para analizar y aprobar gastos y mantener archivos de reconciliación de gastos.
- Diligenciar la aprobación de reembolsos en sistemas de seguimiento.
- Trabajar proactivamente y en colaboración con el equipo de soporte del paciente para crear una experiencia excepcional para los pacientes.
- Trabajar con el equipo de soporte del paciente para monitorear el rendimiento y encontrar mejoras operativas y en la oferta de servicio en la experiencia del paciente completa.
Cualificaciones
- Título asociado (licenciatura preferido)
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en campos relacionados; experiencia en centros de atención médica farmacéutica es preferida.
- Habilidad para aprender y trabajar dentro de plataformas IT para documentar casos de pacientes.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas y utilizar conocimientos personales y recursos valiosos para superar situaciones ambiguas y asegurar una experiencia positiva del cliente.
- Capacidad para colaborar en un entorno de equipo que requiere coordinar actividades y establecer partenariados internos/externos.
- Habilidad para demostrar empatía hacia los pacientes y habilidades de apoyo requeridas.
- Fácil acceso a computadoras y dispositivos electrónicos.
Salario estimado: $55,000 - $65,000 anuales dependiendo de la experiencia.
