Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified MS RN to join our team. As a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' conditions, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote open dialogue and address concerns.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of recent experience as a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (MS RN) within the last 18 months. You should also possess an active Registered Nurse License or Certification and current BLS Certification. A strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
