The Colorado Village Collaborative is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Micro-Community Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Micro-Community, providing a safe and supportive environment for community members, staff, and volunteers.

The successful candidate will work closely with the MC Site Manager and MC Coordinators to develop and implement programs that promote community engagement, support, and well-being. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the MC Coordinator in leadership and operations
  • Providing community member support and participation
  • Performing site walks and monitoring daily activities
  • Tracking and recording notifications, follow-up plans, and community member accountability
  • Supporting MC Site Manager with community member accountability and exiting processes
  • Ensuring effective communication with community members and providing stable, trauma-informed interactions
  • Coordinating community dinners and events
  • Assisting with conflict management and crisis response
  • Supporting data collection and reporting

Salary: $19.87-$21.93 per hour with $1 shift differential
