We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team as a Medical Director at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, Washington. As a key member of our hospital medicine practice, you will be responsible for leading a team of physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine and excellent leadership skills. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care. The estimated annual salary for this position is $295-300K, based on 175 shifts per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
