Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes company-paid malpractice insurance, PTO plus paid holidays, CME allowance, group health benefits, retirement plans, short- & long-term disability, and healthcare & dependent flexible spending accounts.

Responsibilities

As a full-time APP at Gastro Health, your responsibilities will include care center outpatient consults and follow-ups, examining, diagnosing, and coordinating treatment plans for patients with acute illnesses and exacerbations of chronic disease under the supervision of physicians, ordering, interpreting, and making diagnoses of lab tests and imaging scans, recording progress notes, instructing and counseling patients, and modifying treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have an active NP license in the state of Massachusetts, certification as an advanced practice provider with prescriptive authority, GI experience preferred, ability to build strong working relationships with the healthcare team, and demonstrate integrity, adaptability, and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and teammates.
