Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Lead to oversee the integration of data across various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless and efficient case management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Integration Strategy: Develop and implement data integration strategies to support the case management solution, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Architecture Design: Design and maintain the architecture for data integration, including data flow diagrams, integration processes, and technical specifications.
  • System Integration: Lead the integration of data from multiple sources, including electronic health records (EHR), health information exchanges (HIE), and other healthcare systems.
  • Data Mapping and Transformation: Oversee the mapping and transformation of data to ensure compatibility and standardization across different systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and address any data-related issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Project Management: Manage data integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all data integration processes comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and HITECH.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration processes, protocols, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data integration, with a strong background in healthcare data systems and standards.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data integration tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Mulesoft).
    • Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
    • Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT).
    • Familiarity with cloud-based data integration and storage solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing data integration projects and teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in data integration, data management, or healthcare IT are a plus.
