About the Role

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to lead a team of professionals and contribute to the success of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assigning tasks to team members and planning, organizing, and directing team activities.
  2. Supervising workflows to ensure deliverables are safe, high-quality, on time, and within budget.
  3. Providing technical oversight of group work products, facilitating resolution of technical issues, and communicating them to stakeholders.
  4. Reporting progress, identifying impediments, and issues up to management.
  5. Performing personnel reviews and tracking goals and objectives of team members.
  6. Facilitating professional growth and development of group members.
  7. Ensuring core skills are maintained and new employees are trained and qualified in reload processes for all methods used by the team.
  8. Supporting Fuels proposal efforts, including coordination of multi-disciplinary work scopes with other Framatome business units.
  9. Representing Framatome in industry meetings as needed.

This position requires occasional travel. Together, we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Background

You have completed a BS in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an engineering role for at least 5 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

  • Ability to set priorities and goals and work effectively to meet them.
  • Knowledge of pressurized water reactors and reload licensing analyses process is desired.
  • Knowledge in safety analysis, core design, and core operating data packages is desired.
  • Knowledge of plant startup procedures and Zero Power Physics Testing is beneficial.
  • Customer focus and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers on technical tasks and associated schedules.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making, ability to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $129,000 per year. The actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. In addition to the salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
