About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. As a Sales BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from customers regarding service appointments, pricing, and general inquiries.
- Scheduling and Follow-up: Utilize phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up with customers and schedule service appointments.
- Customer Assessment and Support: Actively engage with customers to assess their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about available services.
- Record Keeping and Collaboration: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system, collaborating with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of service appointments.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
- Staying Informed: Stay informed about product updates, service promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attitude and Work Ethic: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.
