Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house staff and working closely with the Proprietor to achieve sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Management: Develop and lead our front-of-house staff, including recruiting, training, and developing Team Members.
  • Sales Growth: Build sales through exceptional service and implement sales growth plans both inside and outside the restaurant.
  • Profitability: Work with the Proprietor to manage costs and ensure profitability.
Requirements:
  • Guest Orientation: Demonstrate a high degree of guest orientation and honesty.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Sales and Guest Count Growth: Drive positive sales and raise guest counts.
  • Leadership: Be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others.
