Role Overview

This Nutrition Specialist role will manage the diet and tray card system by entering meal orders and diet preferences and ensuring order accuracy. The successful candidate will engage residents in conversations around food offerings and menus, work with a full-time registered dietitian to regularly interact with residents and provide basic diet education, and support operations team with food service tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires an Associate's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice in a Dietetic Technician Program as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), or Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework in a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) as dictated by ACEND. Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is approximately $52,800 per year.
