About the Role

Job Description
  • Teach swimmers water safety and technique in accordance with our proprietary curriculum.
  • Provide positive reinforcement to swimmers, promoting confidence and skill development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents on swimmers' progress, fostering strong relationships with our community.
