About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, valid RN license in the State of Kentucky or Compact/Multi-State
  • Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
  • Strong patient care and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage detailed, accurate documentation
