Job Description: As a RN MDS Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the collection of data for use in determining care plans, compliance with treatment norms and privacy standards. This includes direct education and monitoring of staff, ensuring the accuracy of patient charts and medical data, maintaining current knowledge of federal, state, and local standards and regulations for long-term care, participating in the CMS survey process, and promoting survey preparedness at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Registered Nurse license obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date, as well as one year of cumulative job-specific experience. A BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is also preferred. Additionally, experience with Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Home environments is highly desirable.
