Job Overview

Servpro of Apopka-Wekiva is seeking dedicated Restoration Technicians to join our team. We are looking for individuals with experience in various restoration processes, capable of overseeing teams during significant commercial projects. We also welcome applications from those interested in entry-level restoration technician roles. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and proficiency in restoration tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to all restoration incidents.
  • Provide reassurance to clients and clearly outline the restoration process.
  • Assist both customers and team members effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in restoration techniques.
  • Collaborate well with others and exhibit conflict resolution abilities.
  • Utilize software specific to Servpro and other third-party vendors.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as required.

Position Requirements
  • Possession of a valid driver's license; candidates with a history of license suspension or multiple traffic violations may be ineligible to operate company vehicles.

Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights or in confined spaces.
  • Proficiency in repetitive physical tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents.
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
