Job Overview

Vail Resorts is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing basic preventative maintenance on all types of mountain fleet vehicles.

About the Job

This position requires a mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment. You will collaborate with the Parts Lead to manage and maintain vehicle parts inventories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain fleet vehicle parts inventories, including parts purchasing.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks on a variety of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance from Intermediate and Advanced Mechanics.
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Vehicle maintenance experience, especially with types of vehicles in our fleet, or mechanical aptitude.
  • Valid driver's license / clean DMV record.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
