Digital Imaging Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Imaging Production Specialist to join our team at SLMP in Chicago, IL. This is a production-oriented role that requires a strong background in screen-printing and ink mixing.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing Operations: Set up and operate equipment for the production of digital imaging products, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to specifications.
- Ink Mixing and Preparation: Mix and prepare ink according to established recipes and procedures, maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Monitor and control processes to ensure that products meet quality standards, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot technical issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve problems efficiently.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of related experience or training in screen-printing, ink mixing, and digital imaging production preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of screen-printing processes, ink mixing techniques, and quality control procedures; excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
