**Graphic Designer - Fort Worth, TX**

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will assist in creating Company's full brand, sub-brand, and product graphic strategies in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed to strengthen the Company's market position, public perception, and build lasting brand equity with customers.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to build excitement both internally and externally and eager to contribute to team and organization goals. They will also complement the knowledge, skills, and abilities of other team members while bringing creative ideas to the forefront.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceives, designs, & implements images, layouts, illustrations, lettering, and graphics to enhance product branding (brand logos, brochures, flyers, presentations, templates, & advertisements), social media, e-mails, exhibits, signage, educational materials, product packaging, promotional items (clothing and apparel, hand-outs, office supplies) or business publications, working with electronic and print media.
  • Communicates ideas and concepts visually through artistic measures, creative messaging, and computer technology, specializing in multiple fields.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to keep deliverables in alignment with sales objectives.
  • Manages product portfolio lifecycles, from initial product launch to distribution of materials.
  • Develops video, sound, and animation content, utilizing expertise with software graphics.
  • Supports product or service development through collaboration with leaders in Sales, Marketing, and/or other departments to develop and determine launch strategies for new products or services and program rollouts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or graphic designing role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft 365 Suite, Cinema 4D or similar.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Intermediate understanding of upstream oil & gas and/or oil & gas drilling. Willing and excited to learn about the oil & gas industry.
  • Highly creative and able to think 'outside-the-box', derive new insights, challenge norms, and uncover new solutions.
  • Highly flexible in terms of roles and tasks, with the ability to both lead and follow and to work alone and collaboratively in teams.
  • Service and Find-a-way mentality, working to meet expectations and deadlines with a desire to serve both internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearBenefits:
