Big Blue Hospitality LLC is seeking a skilled Sandwich Craftsman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and ingredients.
• Presentation matters: prepare food in an appealing manner.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and restock when necessary.
• Foster a safe food environment by adhering to all regulations.
• Participate in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the head chef or management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar position is highly valued.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification is preferred.
• Able to remain composed under pressure.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and lifting up to 40 pounds.
