Job Description:

The AWS Cloud Engineer IV at ICW Group is a critical role that leads the deployment, management, fixing, and reinvention of tools, services, and components that network engineers rely on to automate our network and keep it operational.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Designs and develops cloud-based solutions in AWS that are scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and easily maintainable.
  2. Guides and provides technical guidance to platform and application development teams.
  3. Partners with software engineers and conducts code reviews.
  4. Under the direction of IT Leadership, establishes procedures and processes for the AWS platform.
  5. Reviews design documents produced by other software engineers.
  6. Provides advice on migrating existing products into an AWS environment.
  7. Educates business by using data trends to facilitate process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required, with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in an engineering, network, or DevSecOps role, and minimum 3-5 years of experience with AWS required.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, and/or AWS SysOps Admin Certification required.
